Golden beach Tavern offers something a little different in the way of an outdoor playground. This play area boasts a rock climbing wall and sandpits, which are located alongside the outdoor dining deck. The family bistro menu has just about everything covered. They have your favourite pub classics, as well as seafood and succulent steaks. You can also expect to see a range of pizzas and share options and desserts. There are also plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meal options available. Most of the main meals are in the $25 price range, with the seafood and steaks up around the $30-40 range. Expect to pay around $8 for one of their desserts.

Kids meals are all $10 and come with a free soft drink and ice cream. The meal options are pretty standard pub meals, and these include fish and chips, as well as chicken nuggets and Spaghetti Bolognese, to name a few.

The main bar is the place to be, with a relaxed and spacious lounge, it is a great meeting place for families and friends. The bar tenders are pouring your favourite local craft and standard beer’s, as well as cider, wine and spirits. If the dad’s go missing, the first place to look would be the sports bar, which boasts a TAB and is broadcasting live sport of a weekend.
