Café with play area, great coffee and delicious food

If you’re looking for a cute little café with a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, then Bean Theory is for you. It’s located a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Noosa River Foreshore, on Hilton Terrace in Tewantin.

Open every day for breakfast and lunch, it is an ideal place to just to sit and chill. Enjoy great coffee accompanied by a light meal, or a delicious pastry or cake. It is also a great option for parents with small children or toddlers, as they have a cool little kids corner to occupy the little ones, whilst mum and/or dad relax.

An indoor play centre with toys and activities

Up the back of the café, you’ll find the kids corner, which is suited towards small children and toddlers. It is a super cute little retreat with jungle mural of a giraffe and bear. In the middle there is a small kids table and chairs, with a bucket of pencils and a notepad, where the creative kids can express themselves. As well as chalkboard wall for the budding street artists. For those just want to play, there is also a storage cube unit with plenty of toys, games and activities to keep the little ones occupied.

Bean Theory menu – Tea and coffee, light meals and sweets

The menu at Bean Theory consists of really great priced, light Breakfasts and Lunches and an awesome variety of sweet pastries and cakes. Expect the prices to be in the $4-$10 range. Some of the breakfast meals include ham and cheese croissants, as well as toasties and bacon and egg muffins. For lunch, why not try the baguette of the day, also the salmon bagel, or any one of the nutritious wraps or salad.

We love a good pastry, or “viennoiserie” as they say. And what a good little selection they have to choose from. With everything from croissants to donuts, as well as snails and turnovers, your sweet tooth will be more than satisfied. You will also find some café classics too, such as banana bread, along with a selection of cakes and slices, and bliss balls.

Bean theory caters for most of the common dietary requirements, with menu options for gluten free, dairy free and vegan available.
